Højspændings industripumpemotor
Højspændingsindustripumpemotor er "hjertet" i procesindustrien, og deres pålidelighed påvirker direkte produktionssikkerhed og energieffektivitet. Denne serie 3,3KV, 6KV, 10KV motorer er strømkilden til nøgleudstyr i industrier som olie, kemikalier, energi og metallurgi. Deres design skal opfylde strenge arbejdsbetingelser såsom højt tryk, højt flow og kontinuerlig drift.

Kort introduktion
Denne serie motor, dens effektivitetsindikatorer kan opfylde niveau 3 energieffektivitet, dvs. IE3, og kan også opfyldeniveau 4 energieffektivitetIE4, som er specificeret i den kinesiske standard GB 755 og i den internationale standard IEC 60034.
højspændings industripumpemotorer, typisk vurderet til 6kV, 10kV og derover, er fremstillet i overensstemmelse med en række nationale standarder (GB), industristandarder (JB) og International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standarder, der dækker design, ydeevne, sikkerhed, energieffektivitet og andre aspekter.
De grundlæggende generelle standarder er som følger
1. GB/T 755-2019
Kvote og ydeevne for roterende elektriske maskiner - Grundlæggende ydeevnekrav, arbejdssystem (S1~S10), temperaturstigningsgrænse (såsom F-klasse isolering mindre end eller lig med 105K) for motoren.
-Svarer til IEC 60034-1
2. GB/T 997-2008
Roterende elektriske maskiners struktur og installationstype (IM-kode)
-Angiv installationsmetoden for motoren (såsom IM B3-fodinstallation, IM B5-flangeinstallation).
3. GB 1971-2006
Terminalmarkering og rotationsretning for roterende elektriske maskiner
-Ensrettet terminalidentifikation (U/V/W) og definition af rotationsretning.
Test- og inspektionsstandarder
1. GB/T 1029-2021
Testmetoder for trefasede synkronmotorer
-Testprocessen for ingen-belastning, kortslutning, temperaturstigning, effektivitet osv. af synkronmotorer.
2. GB/T 1032-2021
Testmetoder for trefasede asynkrone motorer, som højspændingsindustripumpemotor
-Effektivitetstestmetoder såsom input-outputmetode og tabsadskillelsesmetode for asynkronmotorer.
3. GB/T 22719.1-2019
Interturn isolation test for løse indlejrede viklinger af AC lavspændingsmotorer-
-Interturn modstå spændingstest (impulsspændingsmetode)
Indenlandsk-fremstilling af højspændingsmotorer skal nøje følge ovenstående standarder med fokus på:
1. Energieffektivitet (GB 30254)
Isolering (JB/T 7593)
Vibration (GB/T 10068);
2. Særlige industrier (såsom petroleum og atomkraft) kræver tilføjelse af industristandarder;
3. Eksportprodukter skal overholde internationale standarder såsom IEC eller API.
Produktionsvirksomheder skal bestå typetest (såsom temperaturstigning, trykmodstand, vibration) og regelmæssige fabriksaudits for at sikre overholdelse.
